Cancellation Policy

At Luxe and Lavish Aesthetics we value your time and strive to provide the best service experience possible. To ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 dollars.

3. No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure that we can accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

5. Emergency Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
